Green Coffee Bean Extract – there are Side Effects

Don’t Listen to the Hucksters

Whenever Dr. Oz recommends something on his show people listen, but it also brings out the hucksters and scammers who make ridiculous claims of a miracle pill with no side effects. That is a warning sign they are not honest.

There are ALWAYS going to be SOME side effects with any product, unless it is a placebo. But it is true that the side effects when taking Green Coffee Bean Extract are relatively minor.

Several studies have been done to test the effectiveness of green coffee on weight loss and there wasn’t a single case of side effects in the controlled studies.
This extract is completely natural, coming from green (or natural, raw and unroasted) coffee beans. Health experts claim that it’s perfectly safe for pretty much anyone IF it is a quality product. There are only a few minor exceptions:

Caffeine can give you the jitters

There is caffeine in all Green Coffee Extracts in varying amounts, but some have more than others.

The brand we recommend uses Svetol (recommended by Dr Oz), which is decaffeinated and contains less than 8mg of caffeine.

An average cup of coffee contains 100-150 mg of caffeine. Most other brands do not use decaffeinated coffee, and many were found to have 40 mg or more of caffeine in testing performed by Consumerlabs. Whichever brand you try, start with a low dosage and gradually build up to higher doses as you see how it affects you.

There have been some reports of minor stomach cramps from users taking Ultimate Green Coffee Bean Pills

Note: We DO NOT sell this brand

or have any affiliation with any company that does, but have been getting calls from people finding our website after we posted this review of Ultimate Green Coffee Bean brand

Its likely these complaints were due to a high level of filler ingredients in this particular product, but we do not know for sure.

Not for Pregnant Women

pregnant-no-noAnother exception is for children and pregnant women. It hasn’t been studied in children so it’s safest just to not take it if you’re pregnant and don’t allow kids to take it. This also includes women who are nursing.

The last exception is anyone who had liver or kidney problems or are on any type prescription drugs.

When buying health supplements, you should always do your homework on them. That includes coffee bean pills. Though it’s been proven to be effective and safe to take, you need to make sure that it’s a good fit for you.

It’s new to the weight loss market, but there are already a lot of different brands and retailers selling a variety of different pills.

Choose a reputable supplier

Take your time when buying supplements. Choose a reputable supplier and a quality product and you shouldn’t have any problems or side effects at all. There are lots of companies selling this supplement, but trust us, they are NOT all created equal. Many won’t even let you clearly see the label before buying, so you never really know what you’re buying.

After all our research, the Green Coffee Bean Extract we recommend here is the highest quality you can find. NewLifeBotanical Green Coffee is also sold on Amazon.

The Basics You Need to Know About Green Coffee Diet:

Choosing a Quality Product

The extract you buy needs to be created from high quality beans. If the coffee beans used to make the extract isn’t of high quality then how can the actual extract be high quality? Simple. It can’t.

Coffee beans normally come from countries other than U.S., but before they cross the border they’re carefully inspected. There are some strict quality guidelines they have to meet. A good company will have their own quality control, too. Look for one that has a minimum of 45% GCA (green coffee antioxidant) or chlorogenic acid.

As mentioned, the first thing you should check is that it contains chlorogenic acid or GCA. At least 45%. But you should look at what else it contains.

NO Filler Ingredients

Some products will have filler ingredients that do absolutely nothing for you and actually take away from the potency of the extract. Stay away from ones that have ingredients that contain the words ‘carbonites’ or ‘sulfates’.

Sometimes there will be beneficial ingredients added too. SDF-4 uses all those, plus Garcinia Cambogia and Green Tea. They are combined to make a more powerful and effective weight loss product, but there is slightly higher incidence of minor side effects when multiple natural weight loss products are combined.

What do Others Say About it?

Before buying green coffee bean pills, or any other health supplement, try to find some real reviews from customers who have used it. See if they tend to have something in common, if so, then it’s probably a safe bet you’ll experience the same. If no one seems to say anything at all about side effects then chances are you won’t have any either.
